DIRECTIONS

For Lip:

Gently smooth over cracked and dry lips.

For Nipple:

Apply generously to the nipples after feeding.Make sure to clean nipples before each breastfeed.

For Perineal Massage:

Apply around your vulval region daily before and after birth.
