Our products are muslim friendly however not certified halal.

No, however you may use the Shea body butter for your babies.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE STRETCH MARK/INTENSE FIRMING OIL?
We strongly recommend using it daily at least twice to see results however it totally up to your preferences.
ARE THE BOTH OILS STRETCH MARK & INTENSE FIRMING SUITABLE FOR BREASTFEEDING/LACTATING MOTHERS?
Yes, friendly for women who are breastfeeding/lactating. Wipe off the oil/serum prior to nursing if applied around breast and nipple area.
THE STRETCH MARK/INTENSE FIRMING OILS ONLY TO BE USED AT TARGETED AREAS OR CAN BE USE FOR THE WHOLE BODY?
Both oils can be used at any parts of the body.
WHICH OIL SHOULD I USE FIRST, STRETCH MARK OIL OR INTENSE FIRMING OIL?
Both Stretch mark & Intense firming oils can be combined/alternate for usage.
IS THE STRETCH MARK OIL SAFE FOR FIRST TRIMESTER OF PRENANCY?
Yes, the Stretch mark oil is recommended for pregnant mothers to start using as early as their first trimester.
CAN THE INTENSE FIRMING OIL BE USED DURING PREGNANCY? OR SHOULD BE USED ONLY POST PREGNANCY?
The intense Firming Oil can be used during pregnancy as it is safe for Mom's however its recommended not to use at the belly area.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE INTENSE FIRMING OIL AND STRETCH MARK OIL?
Stretch Mark oils helps to reduce the risk of having stretch marks and for the intense firming oils help to reduce scaring of existing stretch marks and to tightens saggy skins.
IF I'M PREGNANT WHICH OIL IS RECOMMENDED?
Pop would recommend Stretch mark oil for pregnant moms to reduce the risk of having stretch marks.
HOW DO I USE THE OILS? STRETCH MARK/INTENSE FIRMING OIL?
Pump out the oil from the bottle onto your palm, then gently rub over the targeted areas such as belly, thighs, shoulders, and others.
HOW LONG DOES A BOTTLE OF OIL LAST?
The oils generally last around 1 to 2 months however it depends on your usage.

Yes, both of our oils are pregnancy safe.

WHEN SHOULD I USE THE CALMING & HYDRATING BELLY MASK?
It’s recommended to used when you feel itch or in general to feel more relax and calming.
HOW LONG CAN THE BELLY MASK BE USE?
It’s recommended to use for 15 to 20 minutes.
IF I'M PREGNANT, CAN I USE THE THERMO BELLY MASK?
No as it contains ingredients such as turmeric and ginger that can cause heating sensation. It is only recommended for post-natal.

WHERE SHOULD I USE THE DRY BODY BRUSH?
it's recommended to brush upwards in a short firm but gentle strokes, form feet up to the hips. Use circular motions around the tummy and armpits. Let the brush do the work. Avoid sore, irritated, and sunburnt areas.
WHEN SHOULD I USE THE DRY BODY BRUSH?
It's recommended to use the body brush on DRY skin before your morning shower.
HOW LONG CAN I USE THE DRY BODY BRUSH?
If brush is used regularly, it's recommended to replace the brush after 3 months.

POP doesn’t include any artificial fragrances in our products. If there is a scent, it is derived from the natural ingredients used.
DOES POP PRODUCTS CONTAIN NASTIES?
Big no no. POP doesn't use any harsh chemicals or ingredients.
ARE POP PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
Not at all. POP team was the guinea pig for all product testing
ARE POP PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, they are as POP only use natural plant oils.
WHAT ARE THE EXPIRY DATES FOR POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS?
The expiry dates are printed on the packaging itself. It's 3 years from the manufacturing date.
WILL POP PRODUCTS GIVE ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
Unless you an allergic to a certain ingredient, it should not lead to any reaction. POP team suggest that you read the ingredients list thoroughly and test it on a small area first.
ARE POP PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
Yes, we developed it with mama to be in mind. We ensured that ingredients used was safe during and after pregnancy.

HOW DO I PURCHASE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS?

When you see something, you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Bag’. You may also review all the items by clicking on the ‘Bag’ icon at the top right of the page
You may change how many units of each item you wish to purchase by changing the number under the ‘Quantity’ column
If you have a voucher or promo code, input it into the ‘Discount Code’ box and hit ‘Apply’ to redeem your discount. The total amount will then be readjusted
Once you’ve rechecked the details of your cart and are ready to place your order, click on ‘Checkout, fill in the required fields, and ‘Proceed to Payment’ to select your preferred payment method
Be sure to review your purchase one last time before completing the payment process
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order.
CAN I AMEND AN ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED ONE?
Unfortunately, you will be unable to make changes such as adding a promo code, removing/adding an item, or cancelling an order once payment has been made. You may, however, get in touch with us if you need to change your delivery address provided the items have not been shipped out yet.
CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
Due to hygiene reasons and nature of the product, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless its within our return policy guidelines.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF IT’S BEEN DELIVERED FAULTY?
Yes, please contact our customer service via whats app on +6018-2542250 or via email at hello@popneutral.com if you find any faulty products among delivered items. Be sure to include your order number, product details and a photo of the item in question in your query. Please do not discard the faulty product as it will be collected from one of our couriers.

Once you have selected your item and proceeded to the checkout page, delivery charges will be added to your purchase. Deliveries within Malaysia can be expected within one to three (1-3) working days from order placement, while international orders vary, depending on where you are.
